All course registrations must be submitted in a timely manner. Training munitions and course materials are ordered and shipped based on the number of registered participants at the time of shipment. Once these materials have been shipped to the training location, additional quantities cannot be added.

While every effort will be made to accommodate all officers wishing to attend, and no officer will be turned away from training, late registrations may result in limited availability of course materials and practical training munitions. These shortages are not intentional and occur only when registrations are submitted after materials have already been finalized and shipped. Early registration is strongly encouraged to ensure all participants receive the full training experience.

Combined Systems provides all course materials, less lethal launchers, shotguns, and training munitions required for the course. Participants are only required to bring their personal safety gear appropriate for training.

All attendees must be active members of law enforcement, military personnel, or security professionals working under an active government contract.

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically capable of completing all required course exercises. CTSTI is not responsible for individuals who do not seek appropriate medical consultation prior to participating in the course. Students who are unable to perform the required practical exercises will not be able to successfully complete the instructor-level certification.

Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive certification as a Combined Systems Instructor, authorizing them to provide instruction to end users within their department. This certification remains valid for four (4) years from the date of course completion.
