Limited Warranty – Combined Systems, Inc. (“CSI”) guarantees certain of its products under a limited warranty for a period of 5 years from the date of original purchase, as determined by CSI in its sole discretion. This limited warranty supersedes any and all other warranties related to CSI products. The original purchaser must notify CSI immediately of any warranty claim to be made by the original purchaser. All warranty claims must be submitted in writing to CSI and delivered to CSI’s customer service department at 388 Kinsman Road, Jamestown, PA 16134. All warranty claims must state the model and serial number of the product concerned and a description of the difficulty experienced, together with a copy of the original purchase receipt and all relevant ATF forms related thereto, if any.
