4558 – 40MM .60 Cal Sting-Balls, Smokeless, 4.8″ Long
*4558 – 40MM crowd dispersal cartridge containing a payload of .60 caliber stinging pellets. To be fired below the belt-line at an approaching non-compliant individual or crowd. Skip firing, aiming the impact munitions toward the ground 3’-10’ (1-3 meters) in front of a crowd is an option that should be given strong consideration with these munitions. Skip firing attenuates some of the blunt trauma on the target and reduces the possibility of impacting the human target above the belt line. Do not skip fire on surfaces, such as grass or sand.
CAUTION: Dispersion of the projectiles creates a greater risk of eye injury, and requires the operator to target a low point of impact, below the belt line, on human targets.
