Limited Warranty – Combined Systems, Inc. (“CSI”) guarantees certain of its products under a limited warranty for a period of 5 years from the date of original purchase, as determined by CSI in its sole discretion. This limited warranty supersedes any and all other warranties related to CSI products. The original purchaser must notify CSI immediately of any warranty claim to be made by the original purchaser. All warranty claims must be submitted in writing to CSI and delivered to CSI’s customer service department at 388 Kinsman Road, Jamestown, PA 16134. All warranty claims must state the model and serial number of the product concerned and a description of the difficulty experienced, together with a copy of the original purchase receipt and all relevant ATF forms related thereto, if any. It is important that you comply with federal, state and local laws and regulations in shipping CSI product back to CSI.

All transportation and insurance charges for return of product to CSI shall be prepaid by the original purchaser. CSI will not accept responsibility for loss or damage in transit. Subject to this limited warranty and any other product warnings and instructions provided to you by CSI, if CSI determines in its sole discretion that a returned product is defective in materials or workmanship and covered within the specified period of warranty time in such product’s specification sheet, such product will be repaired or replaced, at CSI’s option, free of additional charge other than shipping and insurance costs.

Discontinued or other items that are not repairable may be exchanged by CSI for items of similar value or its cash value, in CSI’s sole discretion. THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. NO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE GIVEN AND ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR BREACH OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF WARRANTY CREATED BY LAW IS HEREBY DISCLAIMED. CSI shall not be responsible for any defects or malfunctions resulting from careless handling, unauthorized adjustments or modifications made or attempted by anyone, or failure to follow the specified use, maintenance or product care instructions for the CSI product. CSI shall not be responsible for corrosion, neglect, abuse, ordinary wear and tear, or unreasonable use; or criminal misuse, negligence or use under the influence of drugs or alcohol. This limited warranty does not cover any representation or warranty made by CSI authorized dealers beyond the provisions of the warranty. No representative or person is authorized to assume liability on behalf of CSI in connection with the sale or use of this product or otherwise.
